Behind the camera, and now in front of it

I've spent over 25 years behind a TV camera, at the BBC Proms, Glastonbury and Royal events. At 46 I finally stepped in front of one.

I'm an introvert, so it didn't come naturally. What I learned is that video works best when it feels like a conversation with one person. I call it Connection Through Camera.

The Studio Sessions is where I share what's working right now for coaches, consultants and experts building a personal brand with video. Some weeks it's just me. Some weeks Christy Lee, my wife and co-founder of The Studio, joins me and we go off on a rant or two.
